Terms and Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking (usually £99 per car per booking). This will secure your booking and protect you against any price increases. The balance will need to be paid 4 weeks prior to the required day of use.
• The balance of the payment can be made in instalments, to suit you and is interest-free, provided it is all received within 4 weeks of your event.
• All our package prices include a minimum allowance of 50 miles total journey to and from our depot in Bristol (Premier Wedding Service is 75 miles).
• The car(s) is booked for a maximum time period from the point of first collection. This is explained on our website and in relevant correspondence (e.g. the booking form).
• All credit card transactions carry a 3% surcharge.
• GB Prestige Cars reserves the right to cancel on the day of hire in the event of disruptive, violent or drunken behaviour.
• GB Prestige Cars operate a Strict No Smoking Policy in all of its vehicles, either when stationary or moving.
• The consumption of food and drink is strictly forbidden in all of our vehicles, unless agreed before hand.
• GB Prestige Cars reserve the right to use a similar car, of the same standard on the day, should one of our cars become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical breakdown. To minimise this specific risk and ensure the safety of our equipment, all our cars are regularly serviced by marque specialists.
• GB Prestige Cars reserves the right to refuse to use any ribbons or floral arrangements that may damage, stain or mark either the interior or exterior of the cars.
• GB Prestige Cars are happy to show our passengers the power and performance of all of our cars, however we will adhere to all UK road laws. We refuse to break any speed limits or drive in a way that will endanger our driver, passengers or fellow motorists or pedestrians. Encouragement by passengers to do so may result in a termination of the contract and alternative transport will need to be arranged by you.
